The News

Yesterday was granddads last breath.'' I overheard on the phone. I ran up to nana wondering who it was. She told me the disappointing news. My heart overflows with sorrow then my eyes start with heavy tears. ''But how he had a couple of weeks not 2 days!'' I yelled as i stormed off to my room in confusion. 

I started thinking about grandad and how he used to come over and have BBQs with us and we used to sit there and watch discovery channel all day.

Nana shouted out to me saying it's time to go to school. As nana drove me to school she exclaimed that the family is have a small get together without the kids.Then I started not talking to her at all.

I jumped out of the car before nana could say bye.

Finally I arrived home from mind numbing school. Dad had his coat on like he was going somewhere. He told me as he pushed me to the car door that it's a surprise. 

Finally we arrived to the place. It was all dark and mysterious . My heart was pounding like a hammer hitting a wall.  Then I saw a coffin. I took a brave step forwards. Then I saw grandad lying there lifeless. I reached my hand out carefully and touched his cold, cold hands. I reminded myself he was gone. I made a puddle on his clothes filled with tears.I gave him one last hug then backed away slowly.

When we arrived home mum showed me a special marble.She put it in my hands and told me to remember him. I said to grandad through the marble, '' see you in heaven grandad.''

Bubbles

Reflective like a mirror, my bubbles were shining on the thin surface, glistening in a group round as a sphere. The colourful bubbles, all went POP! When the surface gets too thin.

THE EGGS

Then a crack began to appear on the surface "Man I'm so thirsty" said Stacey "Whoa look at that egg its HUGE!! and its leaking water" exclaimed Diego"Normal water is better than salt water " Stacey said.  Stacey and Diego weren't the only ones to touch the poisonous water all of the other busy people of New York City had touched it.

Over the next 2 weeks all of the busy humans of New York City were no longer human. They had all transformed into jumping aliens. Now wherever you look all you could see was bright green mouldy bodies jumping from roof to roof of each 5 story tall mansions. To stop any more from coming we had to try and bomb the massive eggs.

We set off in the night and planted C4boom on each of the asteroid sized eggs to blow them up. After all of the eggs were blown up into little bits of shrapnel and poisonous water we decided to drive to the helipads and steal a helicopter big enough for us all.

We flew over the city 1 last time to remember the city we lived in. But what we didn't know was that the mouldy green aliens were jumping on to the back of our huge helicopter ... dun dun dun

Kason yeah!

Then a crack began to appear on the surface big huge eggs slitly cracking and dropping out berrys.As me and my super hero Taty. Looks like to me we have a mystery to solve we start looking around on the beach. Those berrys might be poisoned put a sign around them just in case. After we decided to go see the Mayor but has soon has we got there he was gone. That ment we solved the next clue. Next we decided to go look at the town we noticed the cars were gone and everyone in town was sceaming and shouting. Than all of a sudden we saw these big footprints they looked like hippos footprints. We were halfway through this mystery than I asked my super hero Taty to use some of his powers but they didn't come in handy. Thump thump thump whoa the hippos were coming than I realised  my super hero Taty could lift them away to where they lived and so he did and he also lifted all the berrys away. And after we did that the cars were back to where they were and so we lived happily ever after.

Monster dress up day

Today is monster dress up day there is lots of people wearing cool costumes.
Lily is dressed up as an alien,Onolina is dressed up as mrs stitches,Molly is dressed up like a pirate ,Kason is dressed up as himself really scary.
 Miss Collie is dressed up as the cookie monster.

Hide And Seek.

There I was up against the hairy spider webs. A shiver rolled down my spine because I was sitting behind the freezing freezer. I held my breath as Caitlin's foot steps  came closer and closer. She looked behind every shelf and car. Then her foot steps got fanter and fanter. She had gone away I screamed in joy that she didn't find me. Then I heard a voice shouting '' Found you.'' I looked up in fright. She was standing over me. Well I guess it's my turn. ''HE ,he, he.''

Hi my name is Brayden I was born in Invercargill and I have 1 mum, 1 dad, 1 sister and me.However I have 9 cousins,5 auntys,5 uncles,4 Grandmars and 5 Grandads.My Mum works at St Thomas's in the office and my Dad works at Winton Engineering he builds things that go on farms.I holiday in Dunedin,Wanaka,Cromwell,Queenstown,Kingston and Arrowtown.I love playing on my motorbike,going boating,watching TV and going up the oreti river in the jet boat so that is all you need to now about me.

FRIENDS BIRTHDAY PARTY

I saw happy kids with big smiles on their faces.
I heard kids talking with joy.
I smelt melting candles,party popers popping.
I felt excited as i entered the door with her birthday present in my hands.
I heard people singing loud and proud happy birthday.
I like that her theme was Sponge Bob.
I saw Sponge Bop birthday cake because her theme was Sponge Bob.
I wonder if she enjoyed herself.

Moving

                                                              MOVING 

When i was little in a normal brick house,but i haven't lived there my whole life.When I was born I lived at my nanas with mum,dad,nana and grandad also 2 cats,Monty and Whoope. Whoops is still alive and more bossier than ever but Monty died from getting run over by a car.



When I lived at my old house I would do what any kid would do what any kid would do look for treasure and save Mr Bolderson witch was a couple of dead leaves and a tiny stone.


My live was perfect until...A big white truck pulled up the drive way. Mum saw it and hurtled towards me picked me up and shoved me in the back seat of the car and drove off. I had no idea where we were going until mum told me that we were moving. I kicked and screamed to go back I had a perfect how could she do this to me!?



Finally we arrived. I dragged my life less body from the car picked my room and started unpacking my stuff into my empty closet. After I had finished I managed to drag myself to the kitchen. Mum was making pasta for lunch I was so tiered and MAD that I went to bed early that night.



The next BORING day I explored the back yard. I found... a huge climbing tree, a big garden and more than one hundred Mr Bouldersons. Everyday I would go outside and play.
